Mission Statement The Department of Health Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program is dedicated to improving access to high-quality breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services for women who are underserved, and to increasing awareness through education about prevention, disease processes, and the importance of routine screening for early detection.

Other The Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program provides age-appropriate accepted standard-of-care breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services to eligible low-income women statewide. To be eligible for the program, women must be 30 years or older, uninsured and have a limited income. Services are free.
